Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. Clear Path Virginia relies on information supplied by customers and on publicly available information and records, which may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors.
Customers are responsible for reviewing official court records, notices, deadlines, filing requirements, fees, and instructions issued by courts or government agencies. Customers are also responsible for deciding whether to seek advice or representation from a licensed attorney.
Customers should not provide Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information unless Clear Path Virginia specifically provides a secure method and explains why the information is necessary.
Refund Policy
Personalized Record Review — $79 One-Time Service
Clear Path Virginia LLC provides a personalized informational and administrative service based on the information submitted by each customer.
Before work begins: If you request cancellation before Clear Path Virginia has begun reviewing or organizing your submitted information, you may request a refund of your payment.
After work has begun: Once Clear Path Virginia has begun reviewing, researching, organizing, or preparing your Personalized Record Review, the service fee is generally non-refundable because time and work have already been devoted to your individual request.
Duplicate or accidental payments: If you believe you were charged more than once or made a payment in error, please contact Clear Path Virginia promptly so the payment can be reviewed.
No guarantee of outcome: A refund will not be issued solely because a customer is determined to need additional information, may not qualify for record sealing, disagrees with information identified during the review, or does not obtain the outcome they hoped for. Clear Path Virginia does not guarantee that any record can or will be sealed.
